2010 was a cleansing year. Frills and expenses had already been trimmed back in 2009, but 2010 was a time to adjust to the new normal. Smart consumers who entertained in 2010 sought value above all else, and value is where we at Higgins have placed our emphasis. While value might suggest cheap prices and limited service, we know that “value” means serving you as we ourselves would like to be served. After 29 years in the rental services business, our team knows that:

Our team is constantly learning new ways to improve our service and we gratefully will receive any feedback that you can give.

Our rental inventory is in the process of a cleanse, as we purge items that look “tired” or don’t give you value.  We are updating to provide you with a consistently clean, modern look. We have exciting plans to add new and wonderful products, specifically to our tent, banquet supplies and linen inventories. Importantly, we are also renewing our emphasis on the friendly service upon which our company was built.

While the economy has not entirely healed itself, Canada is in good financial shape and appears ready for stable growth throughout 2011.  We look very forward to helping out when that important event is on your calendar, so give us a call to experience true value.
